Short company description: Inbound Back Office is a white-label plug-and-play marketing & administrative staffing company providing top talent to marketing agencies and small businesses at a fraction of the cost of hiring in-house.
How did you get started in your field or work?: I knew I wanted to work for myself so I started offering VA services on the side of my FT job. It blew up quickly and the rest is history.
What’s your favorite way to get involved in the community?: I work with our local high school volunteering as the Marketing Director for their musical program. I started when my son was in the program and have continued after he graduates. I love to help in that way but I also love mentoring the students who are interested in business and marketing.
What are your biggest goals in the next 12 Months for your business?: Build the business back after a rough couple of years. I’d like to double our revenue by December 2025 and be able to offer my team more benefits.
How do you define success?: To me, success is freedom. Freedom to work on what I want when I want. Freedom to craft the life I want.
