Why did you choose your industry?I love technology and helping businesses grow, I had a taste of that when I worked for Hickory Foods as a technician and then as their IT Director for their Transportation division.
Who are your typical clients?Small to Medium businesses
What do you like best about being in this industry?I love all things technology, specifically using it to help eliminate redundant processes and grow a business.
What are common problems you see?I see a lot of time and energy spent trying to understand technology, and I have made it my life goal to help people by educating them on technology.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Reach out to us if you need help on your technology and focus on your Core competency.
When is your busy season?Year round
What keeps you up at night?Staying ahead of the curve on Technology for our customers and translating that need to them
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Word of mouth
How involved are you in the community?We work with Non-profits (e.g. Christian churches) to help them with their technology needs.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?All in Ministry, we donate 10% of every dollar made to them.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Get passionate about the industry
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Working on my home lab and going to school for my PhD
