What differentiates you from the competition?At QRJets, you're not handed from one account manager to another. The person who learns how you travel stays your point of contact, building a relationship over time instead of starting over with every phone call.

What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Many competitors invest heavily in exclusive parties, celebrity appearances, sporting events, luxury experiences and member gatherings. Client's time is valuable. We don't ask them to spend it attending events they already paid for.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?We are an educational resource. Even if you do not fly with us, we are here to help.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Finding new clients. Since we are an on-demand broker, our clients are often new to charter. We also live for referrals. We stopped print ads in 2022 and online in 2023. We have found advertising creates awareness. Trust creates clients.
